Company: Marsh Description: Especialista de Operación y Servicio Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse al equipo de Operaciones de Marsh. Esta posición estará basada en Guadalajara. Este es un rol híbrido que requiere realizar visitas semanales a instalaciones de cliente. En este rol brindarás atención directa en sitio, por correo, llamada y WhatsApp, dando seguimiento a asesorías, siniestros, movimientos y, en algunos casos, cobranza, de acuerdo con las instrucciones del cliente. Tendrás interacción constante con asegurados y apoyarás en la actualización de información, seguimiento a procesos y presentaciones de beneficios vía Zoom o de manera presencial. Contaremos contigo para: Brindar atención directa a asegurados en sitio, por correo, llamada y WhatsApp; Dar seguimiento a asesorías, siniestros, movimientos y, cuando aplique, procesos de cobranza; Mantener actualizada la información y asegurar el correcto seguimiento de los procesos asignados; Impartir pláticas de beneficios vía Zoom o de forma presencial; Realizar visitas a los clientes según sus necesidades y requerimientos; Asegurar una atención oportuna, clara y profesional a los asegurados, incluyendo cobertura 24/7. Lo que necesitas tener: Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas, Administración o afín. 1 a 3 años de experiencia Inglés básico Excel intermedio, incluyendo fórmulas básicas y tablas dinámicas Manejo de paquetería Office.
