QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum BA/BS Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology. 5-7 years clinical experience with progressive responsibilities. 2 years supervisory experience Preferred Master’s Degree Additional Employment Requirements: Current state licensure according to requirements of profession.
