Join our sponsor-dedicated team as an Unblinded Clinical Research Associate I, supporting clinical trials across the UK and Ireland, with a particular focus on Scotland and the North of England. In this role, you will be responsible for unblinded monitoring activities, primarily monitoring pharmacies at clinical trial sites across Scotland and the North of England, with the possibility of supporting additional sites across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for CRAs with at least 1 year of independent monitoring experience who are confident managing site activities and Investigational Product oversight. Key Responsibilities Perform unblinded monitoring activities in line with ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations and study requirements, including Investigational Product oversight Independently monitor assigned pharmacies at clinical trial sites, with a focus on Scotland and the North of England Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity and patient safety across assigned sites Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, including eTMF and relevant regulatory documentation Build strong working relationships with site and pharmacy staff and act as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmacy monitoring activities Contribute to audit and inspection readiness at site level Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience At least 1 year of independent clinical trial monitoring experience as a CRA Good understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes Knowledge of or interest in unblinded monitoring and Investigational Product management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness and ability to travel regularly to clinical trial sites/pharmacies across Scotland and the North of England, as well as other locations across the UK and Ireland when required What We Offer Opportunity to work in a sponsor-dedicated environment Exposure to unblinded monitoring activities and Investigational Product oversight Structured onboarding and ongoing development Inclusive and collaborative working environment If you have at least one year of independent monitoring experience and are interested in developing your experience within unblinded clinical trial monitoring, we’d love to hear from you!
