Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and architecture teams to embed reliability, resilience, and operational best practices throughout the software lifecycle. Champion self-healing and intelligent automation strategies, ensuring automated remediation capabilities are secure, auditable, scalable, and aligned with governance requirements. Drive platform engineering and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across cloud and on-premises environments. Establish metrics, KPIs, and operational governance frameworks to measure service health, team effectiveness, and reliability outcomes while communicating progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. What are we looking for? We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Our ideal candidates pursue greatness, act with integrity, and are driven to help our clients succeed.
