How You'll Make an Impact Perform electrical testing of dry-type transformers in accordance with UL, IEEE, IEC, and other applicable standards. Support production and R&D testing activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Accurately document test procedures, data, and results. Troubleshoot test setups and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to optimize product performance. Support customer visits, audits, and inspections during testing activities. Provide flexible support to other production areas as business needs require. Work independently while contributing to team goals and operational excellence. Your Background U.S. Citizenship required. Associate degree or technical certificate in Electrical Technology or a related field. Experience using electrical instrumentation, measurement systems, and technical documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with transformer technology, low- and medium-voltage power systems, or international testing standards is preferred.
