- Conduct proactive outbound calls and customer engagement activities to assigned customers.
- Execute sales and promotional campaigns to increase customer awareness and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up and account support.
- Promote Bosch products, services, and marketing campaigns to target customers.
- Support customer acquisition, retention, development, and business expansion initiatives.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the continuous growth of outbound business activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Key Account Managers (KAM), to ensure effective customer management and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound customer service, tele sales, telemarketing, or contact center operations.
- Experience in customer engagement, sales support, or account management is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin, preferably Malaysian Mandarin / Mandarin with a Malaysian accent
- Good command of English for business communication.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
