JOB DESCRIPTION: POSTE CHEF DE PRODUIT SENIOR L'équipe Structural Heart (SH) chez Abbott se développe. La Business Unit SH est une division en plein essor, les investissements sont nombreux, les technologies sont innovantes et très attendues par les médecins utilisateurs. Au sein de cette business unit, nous avons trois divisions, incluant les valves, les Occluders, et les solutions Transcatheter. Nous sommes une division à orientation technique, en développement important, dynamique, avec de nombreux projets. Reportant au Directeur Marketing de la Division, nous cherchons un Product Manager Senior (H/F) dans le cadre d’un remplacement. Au sein de l’équipe marketing, le Product Manager supportera le développement et le déploiement des campagnes marketings, contribuera aux actions de développement et information autour des différentes thérapies innovantes, aura la charge de rapporter les progrès de ces actions par rapport aux objectifs fixés. MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES Support de la force de vente et des équipes terrain dans l’éducation à l’utilisation des produits Abbott Médical lors de présentation produit ainsi que lors d’intervention en salle de cathétérisme cardiaque/bloc opératoire Participation aux actions de développement des thérapies et des traitements des pathologies cardiaques structurelles Participation aux projets transversaux en lien avec la structuration du département Marketing SH (évènements internes ou externes, projets digitaux, mise en place d’outils de diffusion et de gestion des contenus marketings) Création / adaptation, suivi et analyse des résultats campagnes marketing Participation à la réflexion sur le positionnement des produits et des campagnes marketing, segmentation de la base client, analyse des activités des concurrents. Suivi des outils CRM Mise en place d’outils de formation et d’information pour les professionnels de santé, la force de vente et les supports techniques présents sur le terrain Communication interne auprès des équipes de ventes et du management local. Analyse des études cliniques relatives aux pathologies et thérapies Etude bibliographique des dernières actualités publiées par les implanteurs hospitaliers VOTRE PROFIL: Diplôme universitaire Scientifique ou Technique dans le domaine biomédical Formation Marketing – universitaire, école de commerce ou formation continue 5+ Ans d'expérience dans le domaine du Dispositif Médical Capacités à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément Langues : Français et maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable Maitrise des outils informatiques : Pack Office (Excel +++, Powerpoint) et autres outils digitaux The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
