Working closely with product, project, and engineering partners, you will provide technical leadership, support the successful delivery of software solutions, and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment. Responsibilities Working closely with cross functionals teams, to deliver new capabilities and improve upon existing capabilities Managing your team, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, and giving appropriate feedback Monitoring and reporting on technical progress against plans Acting as an acknowledged go-to person on coding and technical issues Driving and implementing process improvements Monitoring and reporting on technical progress against plans Requirements Have experience in a software engineering role as part of a product or platform delivery team Have substantial Software Engineering experience Have experience in staff resourcing and management, including partnering and offshoring resourcing models Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, able to think analytically Have experience of managing Software Engineering Teams Be a natural problem-solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues Have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience Be very proficient in database technology, design and manipulation, optimization, and best practice We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
