  • Stay ahead of trends: Research fashion trends, competitors, pricing, and customer preferences to help build relevant, versatile, and exciting assortments.
  • Support buying decisions: Prepare reports and analyses for seasonal reviews, product meetings, and assortment planning.
  • Connect the dots: Collaborate with Buying, Design, and cross-functional partners to keep activities coordinated and timelines on track.

  • Good knowledge of Excel and comfort working with numbers and data.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, trends, and understanding what customers love.
  • A collaborative mindset, curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and partners.
  • Ability to communicate in both French and English to collaborate with vendors and business partners outside Canada.
