Base Pay Range: $82,000-$92,000 As a Salesforce Administrator, your essential job functions will include the following: Translate user-stories and requirements into solutions using functionality of the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with team members to design, build, and implement custom functionality. Implement new business process automations using Flow. Work with customers and partners to user-acceptance test solutions and deploy them to Production from lower environments. Provide Tier 2 support for Salesforce platform issues. Update existing customizations to address new business needs. Create and maintain documentation on Dealer Tire’s implementation & customizations of Salesforce. Participate in and lead demos of functionality to stakeholders. Evaluate Spring/Summer/Winter releases and regression-test new functionality/critical-updates. Integrate data and process between Salesforce and other business systems using established patterns. Assist business users with creation of reports, data import/export and other analyses. Help manage user provisioning - e.g., user-account-settings, permission sets, profiles, roles, and associated security. Respond to issues related to platform health and help monitor usage patterns based on defined service levels and escalate anomalies.
