Job Summary
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Info-sys SFA (Sales Force Automation) and POS (Point of Sale) solutions across all sectors in Lebanon, focusing on distribution, retail, and F&B businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Research the Lebanese market and identify potential customers across FMCG, fresh goods, chemicals, agriculture, and other distribution sectors, as well as retail shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés.
- Conduct physical visits to prospects to understand their business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate SFA and POS solutions based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Follow up on customer payments in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, outdoor sales, or business development.
- Experience in software solutions, IT services, SFA, POS, ERP, or SaaS sales is an advantage.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand customer business processes and identify sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Lebanon.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing the full sales cycle independently.
