Position Summary The Retail Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United Team Store at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This position is responsible for assisting guests with purchases, maintaining merchandise presentation standards, supporting inventory operations, and creating memorable interactions that enhance fan engagement. Game days and stadium events are considered core responsibilities of this role and may include pre-event, event, and post-event operational support. Roles and Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, providing product recommendations, answering questions, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects AMBSE's commitment to service excellence. Support retail operations by processing transactions, maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring products are accurately displayed and readily available. Contribute to team success by collaborating with team members, supporting gameday and special event operations, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and the overall guest experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts and lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
