Mitä pääsisit tekemään meillä?  Tässä roolissa vastaat sähkö- ja automaatiokunnossapitotiimimme toiminnasta ja varmistat, että tuotantomme automaatiojärjestelmät ja tuotantokoneet toimivat luotettavasti joka päivä. Olet lähellä arjen tekemistä ja yhdistät teknisen asiantuntijuuden käytännönläheiseen esihenkilötyöhön. Tehtävässä pääsisit muun muassa: Toimimaan teknisenä asiantuntijana vaativissa sähkö- ja automaatiotilanteissa. Tukemaan tuotantoa haastavissa häiriötilanteissa. Johtamaan omaa kunnossapitotiimiäsi arjen tekemisessä. Ohjaamaan ja valvomaan ulkopuolisia urakoitsijoita Koordinoimaan päivittäistä kunnossapitotyötä tuotannon tueksi Kehittämään kunnossapidon toimintatapoja yhdessä muun organisaation kanssa Millaiseen tiimiin liityt? Johdat noin 12 hengen sähkö- ja automaatiokunnossapitotiimiä, jossa työskentelee sekä omia kunnossapidon ammattilaisia että urakoitsijakumppaneita. Tiimi koostuu pääasiassa sähkö- ja automaatioasentajista, joilla on vahva tekninen osaaminen ja pitkä kokemus teollisuusympäristöstä. Tiimissä vallitsee avoin ja hyvä yhteishenki. Tiimiläiset ovat oma-aloitteisia, vastuunkantoon tottuneita ja asiakaspalveluhenkisiä ammattilaisia, jotka arvostavat sujuvaa yhteistyötä ja jatkuvaa kehittämistä. Esihenkilönä pääset tukemaan heidän onnistumistaan sekä rakentamaan entistä vahvempaa yhteistyötä ja toimintatapoja. Kenelle tehtävä sopii?  Tehtävä sopii sinulle, jolla on vahva tausta teollisuuden sähkö- ja automaatiokunnossapidosta ja halu ottaa vastuuta ihmisten johtamisesta. Viihdyt tuotantoympäristössä, teet päätöksiä itsenäisesti ja viet asioita määrätietoisesti eteenpäin. Saat erilaiset ihmiset toimimaan yhdessä ja pidät arjen tekemisestä lähellä tuotantoa. Odotamme sinulta: Insinöörin tutkintoa sähkö- tai automaatiotekniikan alalta. Työkokemusta teollisuuden sähkö- ja/tai automaatiokunnossapidosta. Vähintään S2-sähköpätevyyttä. Tuntemusta Siemens PCS7 -järjestelmästä tai vastaavista (ohjelmointiosaaminen ei ole välttämätöntä, myös muu automaatiojärjestelmätausta voidaan huomioida). Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa.
