Objetivo: Realizar mantenimiento a los sistemas tintométricos en los más de 150 puntos de venta ubicados en la zona de Hidalgo, asignada a distribuidores PPG Comex y autoservicios, mediante un servicio integral especializado, garantizando una mayor rentabilidad del negocio, solucionando las fallas, mejorando tiempos de respuestas y alargando la vida útil de sus inversiones Zona a laborar en campo: Hidalgo. Funciones principales: Ejecutar proyectos estratégicos que impulsen el crecimiento, innovación y aprovechamiento del sistema tintométrico en la zona asignada. Asesorar de forma personalizada a los concesionarios sobre los equipos adecuados para el punto de venta. Promover las nuevas tecnologías de los equipos a los concesionarios o distribuidores. Elaborar reportes de control para medición y alcance de objetivos corporativos, así como de gastos y administrativos. Coordinar con el personal técnico de plazas que así lo requieren para el correcto uso y mantenimiento de sus equipos. Planear y administrar el inventario asignado de refacciones de acuerdo con las necesidades de la zona y alineada a la política vigente. Planear y ejecutar un programa estratégico de mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo a los Sistemas Tintométricos, de la red de distribuidores PPG Comex. Atender las solicitudes de mantenimientos correctivos de los Sistemas Tintométricos ingresadas en la Línea de Atención telefónica, de acuerdo con la promesa de servicio por región. Realizar la instalación de equipos tintométricos ingresadas en la Línea de Atención telefónica. Capacitar y entrenar en la operación del Sistema Tintométrico a encargados de tienda, para el correcto aprovechamiento de los equipos. Requisitos: Escolaridad: Ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, electrónica o afín Experiencia: no limitada, (puede ser recién egresado de Universidad con conocimientos y bases en lecturas e interpretación de planos y manuales, eléctricos o electrónicos). Se capacitará a la posición con nuestros equipos especializados. Ingles: Intermedio- sin dificultad para lectura de planos en inglés. Disponibilidad de estar en campo y viajando a las zonas asignadas. (se entrega vehículo utilitario y herramienta de trabajo) Indispensable contar con licencia de conducir. Alta capacidad de comunicación efectiva y enfoque al cliente.
