Responsabilidades principales: Conocer y aprender los procesos operativos y la funcionalidad de los sistemas (WMS Scale, OTM,Oracle) para obtener la información necesaria que permitan la toma de decisión en la operación. Coordinar y gestionar equipos de trabajo, asegurando cumplir con las necesidades del cliente; balanceando las actividades y fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo. Gestionar y supervisar la recepción - almacenaje de producto, asegurando que la entrega coincida con la descrito vs cantidad en mano, como el buen estado de dicha mercancía. Controlar y monitorear el plan de inventarios cíclicos, garantizando una sanidad de inventario y que los productos estén disponibles cuando se necesiten. A través de rastreo, localización de existencias y movimientos de inventario. Administrar, evaluar e informar la efectividad de las actividades y el desempeño de los asociados. Establecer, monitorear e informar objetivos claros, asegurando que las operaciones se ejecuten sin problemas alcanzando resultados sostenibles y sobresalientes. Identificar oportunidades de mejora, proponiendo soluciones óptimas para mejorar la eficiencia en los procesos, con enfoque a incrementar los niveles de satisfacción del cliente. Gestionar el uso del modelo de excelencia operativa, a través de los sistemas y herramientas, como: tarjetas daily, Ideas de mejora, recorridos, auditorias, 5s, etc.; impulsando la participación y desarrollo de los equipos de alto desempeño para la mejora continua. Requisitos: Escolaridad: Universidad concluida o con título. 2 años o más en gestión de inventarios y almacenes Liderazgo, haber tenido personal a cargo.
