The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Support a small founding team by running the operational, commercial and compliance work that sits outside engineering. The role spans sales pipeline coordination, regulatory housekeeping, partner and investor communication, and the everyday administration that keeps a young company moving, with a generalist scope and a route toward an executive operations position.
What you'll do
- Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through to a signed customer, including outreach, CRM upkeep, follow-ups and handoffs to onboarding, and report on what drives results.
- Review internal processes and contracts, run the recurring compliance calendar, and keep security and payments certification evidence current.
- Prepare for audits and partner reviews, working with the compliance officer.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with banking, payments and technology partners, and prepare regular investor and board updates.
- Handle hiring logistics, supplier relationships, software administration, agreements and the regular internal reporting rhythm.
- Organize company events such as conferences, dinners, hackathons and launches.
