Convert sales leads into confirmed appointments and follow up with prospective customers. Document customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM. Present new and pre-owned vehicles, explain features and promotions, and conduct test drives. Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through vehicle purchase and delivery. What You'll Bring 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required. Respond to customers and complete follow-up tasks promptly. Explain vehicle, pricing, and purchase information. Complete basic pricing and payment calculations. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross and/or bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
