Lobox is seeking an experienced AI Optimization Engineer to join our growing team. As an AI Optimization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge optimization algorithms for our AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced optimization algorithms to improve the performance and efficiency of our AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of AI optimization.
- Analyze and optimize existing AI algorithms to improve their accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Implement and maintain AI optimization tools and frameworks.
- Conduct experiments and perform rigorous testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new algorithms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in AI systems and provide timely resolutions.
- Document and present findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI optimization techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing optimization algorithms for AI systems.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and techniques, such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of optimization techniques, such as gradient descent, simulated annealing, and genetic algorithms.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
