We are supporting a leading life sciences organization on a large-scale MES transformation program and are seeking an experienced MES Project Manager with strong Koerber PAS-X expertise.
The successful candidate will lead MES initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of manufacturing digitalization projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MES projects from design through deployment and go-live.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate business, manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT teams.
- Support global MES template deployments and process harmonization initiatives.
- Oversee system integration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and industry quality standards.
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing MES projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of Koerber PAS-X.
- Experience with MES integrations involving ERP, warehouse management, and enterprise systems.
- Understanding of EBR, MBR, equipment integration, master data, and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience working in regulated GxP environments.
- Familiarity with ISA-95 and Computer System Validation (CSV).
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP integration.
- Knowledge of manufacturing reporting and analytics solutions.
- Experience supporting global MES template rollouts across multiple sites.
- Exposure to process modelling and test management tools.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
