The Field Sales Representative is accountable for the promotion and sales of the full range of Lamb Weston products. You will be responsible for local foodservice establishments across southern Paris and the southern Île-de-France area, covering the Rive Gauche and the surrounding Greater Paris region. In this role, you report directly to the France Sales Promoter Manager and work closely with the relevant National Account Manager. You will become part of the French Sales team. This is a remote role, based in southern Île-de-France. What you will do • Develop sales plans, establish call and visit/journey plans and strategies, and develop end-user profiles for the relevant market/area. • Produce periodic sales reports and maintain accurate records of end-user visits, including sales performance KPIs. • Identify and realize new business opportunities across the portfolio of accounts in line with agreed new-business targets. • Plan and execute sales promotions and permanent listings, working together with the Marketing team. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through optimal availability, timely communication, accurate order placement, order tracking and follow-up. • Coach, motivate and train customers on our products, including their features and benefits, to help them sell our products successfully. • Train kitchen staff in the correct storage, handling and frying procedures for our products. • Contribute to the professional organization and representation of Lamb Weston EMEA at general or customer exhibitions. What do you bring to the table? • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with one or two years of sales experience, preferably in food, drink, FMCG or wholesale; alternatively, a high school diploma with strong sales and food-industry experience. • Preferably based in the Île-de-France area, ideally in the southern part of the region. • Fluent in French and advanced in English. As a Sales Promoter / Field Sales Representative, you are adaptable and bring out-of-the-box solutions.
