Your mission Als Trainer (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Apothekenmitarbeiter:innen in den Gebieten Frankfurt, Mannheim und Saarbrücken verantwortlich. Diese Position ist eine Elternzeitvertretung und befristet. Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten: Konzeption, Durchführung und Evaluation von Trainingsmaßnahmen für die Apotheken (z.B. Produktschulungen) Durchführung von Sellout-fördernden Maßnahmen (z.B. Beratungstage, Kundenveranstaltungen) Merchandising und Warenpräsentation Analyse des Schulungsbedarfs und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Trainingslösungen. Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (z.B. Vertrieb) Reporting und Dokumentation der Trainingsaktivitäten und -erfolge Who you are ?
