Job Description 1) 负责胖东来渠道的客户关系维护、合同谈判、商品规划及销售计划制定； 2) 能够合理规划商品的列进进度，把握营销节奏； 3) 能够独立完成公司内部流程，同时规避流程风险； 4) 管理渠道客户，保持良好的沟通合作，建立健康稳定的生意发展； 5) 管理协调区域销售队伍，包括各类指标分解、资源分配、团队激励及培养等； 6) 完成上级下达的其它任务，定期反馈信息及数据统计，形成定期报告；定期回顾分析生意状况，处理各种紧急突发问题。任职条件： 1) 3 年以上渠道运营管理经验，有经销商的管理经验； 2) 能独立完成商品规划，提前进行商品的上新和汰换沟通，能根据区域进行不同的商品策略指引指定。 3) 对市场反馈的数据有极强的敏感度及逻辑推测能力，并形成 PPT 讲解； 4) 具备良好的内外部沟通能力，对各部门及客户始终能够按数据推测施加影响力； 5) 有良好的团队合作精神，能在压力下完成目标； 6) 具有良好的紧急应变能力。 No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz International entered the China market in 1984.
