This includes all activities related to the delivery of radiological services and imaging modalities, from procedures to the development of policies. Education ▪ Required: Graduate of an accredited School/Program of Radiological Imaging ARRT - R ▪ Preferred: Bachelor in Management or Imaging (X-Ray, CT, MRI, IR, NM, US etc.) or Completed Leadership Development Core Courses through CoxHealth LDI Experience ▪ Required: 3-5 years as a registered radiological technologist with 1-2 years of the 3-5 years in managerial experience (to include Charge Technologist, Lead Technologist or other job experience in leadership/management) Skills ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. ▪ Ability to monitor and compile data and disseminate results to multiple levels of leaders and employees. ▪ Must be able to initiate and understand research related to projects; proficient in Microsoft office. ▪ Management experience that includes supervisory, budget, and patient care activities in ether inpatient or ambulatory patient care settings. ▪ Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, fax, scanners, printers and copiers. ▪ Experience with voice recognition systems. ▪ Experience with RIS, HIS, and Picture Archiving Communication System. ▪ Knowledge of products, manufacturers and distributors of Medical supplies and equipment. Licensure/Certification/Registration ▪ For supervisors that will supervise more than one modality or Technologists specializing in another modality one or more of the following will be required: • ARRT – R • ARRT – CT • ARRT – CI, CV, VI • ARRT – MR • ARRT – NM OR NMTCB • ARRT – S or ARDMS (ABD or OB/GYN or RVT) ▪ BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
