Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living Cedar Crest's General Services Team is seeking a professional, highly organized, and customer-focused individual to join our busy office as a Customer Service Representative . This position is responsible for managing a high volume of phone calls, coordinating schedules, and creating and processing work orders for the General Services departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively assist customers both in person and over the phone in a fast-paced environment.
