This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Mon-Friday. Compensation: From $22/hr, depending on experience. How you will make an impact Perform residential painting/wallcovering in occupied and vacated apartments Maintain existing paint/wallcoverings in high traffic common areas Perform drywall repairs Prepare written communications as required to request painting/wallcovering materials and supplies and to report on the completion of each work order Create and close work orders on work order system What you will need Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential painting and wallcovering in a residential setting Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential painting and wallcovering techniques Proficient in using power tools and painting equipment Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
