FULL TIMESENIOR LEVELPEOPLE & OPS
Contentsquare is the all-in-one experience intelligence platform designed to be easily used by anyone who cares about digital journeys. With our flexible and scalable platform, organizations quickly get a deep understanding of their customers’ whole online journey.

Our aim is to create an inclusive workplace where everyone learns and succeeds. Contentsquare has built a community of individuals who are daring, understanding, and deliberate. We invite you to join us in making the complex simpler—for our customers, their customers, and each other.

Important note: Be careful of scammers pretending to be from Contentsquare. We will never ask for money or contact you through random texts. Any communication from our in house Talent Acquisition team will only ever come from our contentsquare.com or @contentsquare-ext.com domain. For more information, visit our careers blog.

As a Senior Field Operations Partner within the Revenue Operations team, you will report directly to the Head of Field Operations. You will act as the dedicated operational partner for Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) leading France and South (Italy, Spain), driving commercial cadence, pipeline management, forecasting routines, CRM hygiene, and operational enablement across these regions. In addition to your core regional focus, you will serve as the centralized single point of contact for cross-regional project management and operational initiatives across Field Ops, ensuring seamless execution without duplicating efforts across regional leads.

What you’ll do

  • Provide dedicated operational guidance and business partner support to RVPs leading France and South EMEA, translating regional strategic priorities into actionable execution plans.

  • Own and manage the weekly commercial cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecasting routines, and performance checkpoints across assigned sales territories.

  • Drive CRM hygiene, stage discipline, and data accuracy within Salesforce and Clari to ensure high forecast predictability and pipeline visibility.

  • Act as the single point of contact for cross-regional project management and operational initiatives outside the local region, centralizing cross-regional execution rather than dividing tasks across regional field ops leads.

  • Proactively identify coverage gaps, sales velocity roadblocks, and performance risks, partnering with RevOps sub-functions to resolve issues before they impact targets.

  • Deliver field enablement and practical guidance on operational tools, process updates, and sales playbooks to foster strong process adoption among AEs and FLMs.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Strategy Ops, Deal Desk, Enablement, and Data Governance to align global process standards with field reality.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior sales leadership (RVPs, VP-level) to drive pipeline execution, forecast discipline, and regional governance.

  • Proven ability to act as a centralized single point of contact for multi-regional projects, coordinating complex operational initiatives across global teams.

  • Advanced technical proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, and documentation frameworks (Confluence).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.

  • Fluent proficiency in French would be an asset but is not mandatory for this role.
