Vos missions au quotidien : Rattaché(e) au Responsable du service client, votre mission principale sera de relancer, d’analyser, d’argumenter et de conseiller nos clients sur tous les aspects liés à la fin de contrat du véhicule. Vous serez un élément essentiel à la bonne clôture du contrat de location pour une mise en vente du véhicule d’occasion efficace et rapide. Vos fonctions vous amèneront notamment à : · Répondre aux différentes demandes des clients et apporter des réponses conformes au contrat signé · Procéder aux relances nécessaires afin d’obtenir l’élément manquant et indispensable à la clôture du contrat de location · Mettre à disposition du client les indicateurs et les conseils d’améliorations dans la gestion des véhicules restitués · Noter, analyser les performances et la qualité de service rendu par nos partenaires privilégiés · Répondre avec votre responsable aux fiches qualités émises Et si c’était vous ? Issu(e) d'un Bac + 2, vous disposez d’une expérience en gestion de portefeuille clients B/B et dans le suivi de dossiers, faites preuve d’une bonne capacité d’adaptation, d’organisation et de prise de recul et avez le sens du travail en équipe et le sens du service.
