We build AI ontologies, infrastructure, and agentic memory systems around open-weight models, including deployments where data and systems must remain within the customer's walls. CodeNinja Atoms brings this work to physical operations with Praxis and Hyper Ontology.
We are building our Dallas revenue team and looking for an Account Executive with roughly one year of relevant B2B sales experience. You may be an early-career AE or a strong SDR ready for more responsibility. Work with commercial leadership and technical colleagues to turn customer problems into qualified opportunities and paid engagements. This is a full-time role onsite in Dallas, Monday–Friday.
What you will do
• Research target accounts and build pipeline through thoughtful email, calls, professional networks, and local events.
• Run discovery to understand the operational problem, business value, stakeholders, buying process, and deployment constraints.
• Explain private AI clearly without unsupported technical claims.
• Work with engineers on demonstrations, pilot scope, and proposals.
• Own follow-up, CRM records, and deal progression; partner with leadership on complex negotiations.
• Help shape our commercial playbook with customer feedback.
Your first 90 days
Learn our offering and customer use cases in month one. Establish consistent prospecting and lead supported discovery in month two. By month three, maintain a credible qualified pipeline with documented next steps and opportunities progressing toward scoped engagements.
Our process
Apply with your CV and basic details. The first assessment is a short four-question recorded interview: approximately nine minutes of recording, with five calendar days to submit and up to two takes per answer. Requirements
• Around one year of B2B sales, sales development, or comparable customer-facing commercial experience; results matter more than exact tenure.
• Evidence of prospecting, qualifying opportunities, or progressing deals, with examples of your contribution.
• Clear writing, active listening, and the ability to explain a complex idea simply.
• Curiosity about AI, willingness to learn, and evidence of using feedback.
• Organized follow-through and CRM discipline.
• Availability to work onsite in Dallas Monday–Friday.
Software, infrastructure, security, data, or industrial market experience is helpful. A degree and prior AI sales experience are not required.

Benefits
Annual base salary: USD 75,000–85,000. Target variable compensation: USD 50,000–60,000. Total on-target earnings (OTE): USD 125,000–145,000. OTE depends on meeting the agreed targets and is not guaranteed. Commission is uncapped; a written plan will define targets, crediting, and payment terms.
