Sales Support Activities
- Prepare and provide essential materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations for the Sales team to facilitate customer consultations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating sales documentation, product information, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication.
Administrative Tasks
- Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Greeting customers and other visitors and directing them to offices and meeting rooms.
- Performing clerical tasks, such as recording contracts, transactions, handover records and other general office files related to the company’s operations.
- Tracking, replenishing and ordering office supplies to avoid interruptions.
- Daily receive, send, manage and store letters, documents and goods from/to partners.
- Support any additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
Marketing & Communication Support
Event Coordination: Support the execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
1. Education:
- University student
2. Work Experience:
- Marketing/Business/Administrative-related internship (preferable)
3. Languages:
- Mandatory: English & Vietnamese (speaking & writing fluently)
4. Hardware / Software Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
5. Personality:
- Responsible

Regular working time:
