Your Responsibilities
1. Financial Processes
- Learn and support international Finance processes, including: Invoice-to-Pay (I2P); Business-to-Cash (B2C); Business-to-Reporting (B2R).
- Support the analysis and documentation of existing Finance processes and workflows.
- Assist in identifying process inefficiencies, recurring manual activities and improvement opportunities.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of process documentation, work instructions and guidelines.
- Contribute to the standardization and harmonization of Finance processes.
- Assist in monitoring process performance and relevant financial KPIs.
- Support Finance projects and ad-hoc analyses as required.
2. Process Improvement and Automation
- Support the identification of opportunities to simplify and automate recurring Finance activities.
- Assist in improving reports, controls and workflows using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and other digital tools.
- Explore practical applications of Artificial Intelligence and new technologies within Finance.
- Support the testing and implementation of process improvements and automation solutions.
- Assist in evaluating whether implemented improvements deliver the expected benefits.
- Collaborate with Finance colleagues to ensure that digital solutions meet actual business and process needs.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, organize and analyze financial and process-related data.
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, presentations and management information.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and consistent financial information.
- Help create clear visualizations to explain process performance, operational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support the analysis of data from SAP, Excel and other relevant business systems.
- Assist in monitoring the impact of process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Controlling or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial processes, data analysis, digitalization and process improvement.
- Interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence and automation can be applied to Finance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Structured, reliable and curious working approach.
- Motivated to learn, ask questions and work as part of an international team.
- Basic English communication skills; willingness to improve English is important.
- No extensive professional experience is required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
