You will play a critical role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, relationship-centred care while maintaining compliance, financial sustainability and team engagement. Leading a culture of exceptional resident care and service excellence Managing daily operations, budgets and business performance Developing and coaching high-performing teams Building strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders Driving continuous improvement and innovation Ensuring compliance with aged care standards, legislation and organisational requirements Promoting a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment What We’re Looking For You are a highly capable leader with a passion for delivering exceptional aged care services and building engaged, high-performing teams. Leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or community services Strong operational and financial management skills Knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and governance Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills A passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding resident outcomes Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities. Essential Requirements Current Driver Licence. Relevant qualifications and experience aligned to the role.
