Job Description Purpose of the role To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure. Accountabilities Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data. Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures. Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes. Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models. To be successful as an Incremental CRM - Senior Data Lead 4, you should have experience with: Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Data Platform Development. Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Strong hands-on experience with: SQL Query Tuning & Performance Optimization Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers Database Design & Data Modelling Extensive experience in SSIS development and support. Strong hands-on experience with AWS S3 and cloud-based data platforms. Advanced knowledge of Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and modern data engineering practices. Experience designing and maintaining large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines. Strong understanding of Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures. Experience with source control, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. Some other highly valued skills may include: Experience with cloud migration programs (SQL Server to AWS/Databricks). Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. Exposure to Power BI/Tableau reporting platforms. Experience with Python and data engineering frameworks. AWS and/or Databricks certifications preferred. The role is based out of Pune.
