As Property Field Appraisal, you assist with appraisal and investigative activities as part of the claim resolution process More specifically, you will be required to: Define the extent of damages or analyze and control estimates received from suppliers, recommend ways of doing things in accordance with quality standards and company procedures Analyze the circumstances of the incident in order to gather as much relevant information as may be decisive in the progress of the investigation Participate in the preparation and proposal of action plans likely to promote the correction of situations encountered, in accordance with guidelines and generally recognized rules Suggest improvements to processes, methods and tools Provide coaching for our preferred contractors network Provide opinion on complex construction issue Find alternative solutions or different/more efficient repair methods Be on-duty to provide emergency instruction to our preferred restoration network at times Ensure the respect of our estimation guidelines and the cost control.
