Job Title: Marketo Specialist / Marketing Automation Specialist Job Description Key Responsibilities Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Marketo. Create and manage nurture programs, smart campaigns, landing pages, and forms. Maintain lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and segmentation. Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights. Ensure data quality and compliance with email marketing best practices. Integrate and troubleshoot Marketo with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365. Support marketing teams with audience targeting and automation strategies. Develop dashboards and reports for campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI. Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage. Experience with marketing automation and email marketing. Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics. Preferred Qualifications Marketo Certified Expert (MCE). Experience with Salesforce integration. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
