Job Title: Professional I, Accounting Job Description The Professional I, Accounting is responsible for managing general ledger activities, supporting month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local accounting standards, and maintaining accurate financial reporting. The role collaborates with various stakeholders to support audits, tax reporting, reconciliations, and the implementation of accounting controls and best practices. Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities • Review and prepare monthly general ledger entries • Oversee month-end closing process and execute variety of closing activities for Concentrix legal entity in Czech Republic. • Ensure completeness and accuracy of both US GAAP and local GAAP books and bridge analysis of the differences between the books • Analyse monthly general ledger accounts and prepare balance sheet reconciliations and flux reports • Prepare analysis and reports on specific accounting topics • Provide ad-hoc finance support to the various stakeholders • Handle annual audit process and CITR reporting together with internal and external partners • Ensure Group accounting policies, internal controls and best practices are implemented for the entity • Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax requirements Candidates profile: • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience working in an international company • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting • Relevant accounting certificates are considered an advantage • Knowledge on US GAAP or IFRS are considered as an advantage. • User knowledge from internationally known ERP systems. Experience from Workday Finance is considered as an advantage. • Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps • Effective written and verbal communication capabilities in english • Ability to handle multiple priorities, ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to details Good team player and ability to develop relationships with various internal and external stakeholders Location: WAH Location: ROU Burcharest 46D-46E 48 Pipera Street Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time Mission: Hi, we're Concentrix.
