What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment to safely move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials in the yard. Load customer and internal haul trucks efficiently to support production and shipping schedules. Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Maintain clean, organized work areas while adhering to all safety and environmental standards. Collaborate with dispatch, plant operations, and fellow team members to ensure smooth material flow throughout the night shift. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, aggregate, or similar environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established operating procedures. Ability to work independently on night shift while maintaining productivity and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills with a customer-service mindset. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to identify and address routine operational issues. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
