Sitting within BXMA, Blackstone Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund (BXHF) gives eligible individual investors access to Blackstone’s institutional hedge fund business through a diversified multi-strategy fund designed to pursue compelling absolute returns with low correlation to equity and credit markets. Team Overview Client Investment Strategy (CIS) is a newly created team that builds BXMA's thought leadership and investment content platform. It supports cross-divisional investment views and strategic client engagement. CIS works closely with Investment Teams, Product Management and ICS (sales and relationship management) so that clients get consistent, insightful and credible investment messaging in every interaction. Position Summary We're looking for a CIS team member dedicated to BXHF who combines strong writing skills, a growing knowledge of investments and good judgment. This person will turn BXHF's investment views and market themes into clear, compelling client content. They'll work closely with senior CIS leadership, the BXHF Investment Team, Product Management and ICS. The right candidate can both think and execute: they'll help shape the BXHF content agenda while producing high-quality materials themselves. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Investment Messaging Attend BXHF investment, product and business meetings to capture key insights, market views and themes. Turn complex hedge fund and multi-asset investment themes into clear, differentiated stories for institutional and wealth clients. Draft, edit and maintain BXHF client content, including flagship marketing decks, market outlooks, thematic insights, white papers, fact sheets, brochures, talking points, scripts and pitch materials. Work with the BXHF Investment Team and CIS leadership to gather perspectives and make sure messaging reflects BXHF's investment activity and market views. Help maintain a forward-looking BXHF content calendar tied to fundraising priorities, market conditions and client demand. Client & Fundraising Support Prepare tailored materials and investment insights to support ICS in fundraising and client retention conversations. Help senior team members prepare for client meetings with sophisticated allocators, gatekeepers and financial advisors, and attend select meetings when appropriate. Support strategic initiatives by creating presentations, written materials and executive communications. Cross-Functional Partnership & Content Operations Work with Product Management to build BXHF investment narratives into deliverables such as DDQs/RFPs, quarterly decks and fund updates. Collaborate with ICS so content meets client needs across geographies, segments and channels. Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to get content approved efficiently. Organize and maintain BXHF content libraries, templates and messaging frameworks, in line with CIS standards across the platform. Key Attributes Excellent writing skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling content. Strong listening, analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail. Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to building deep knowledge of hedge fund strategies, multi-asset investing and markets. Ability to handle several projects at once in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines. Strong collaboration skills and comfort working independently while incorporating feedback from senior stakeholders. Qualifications Blackstone seeks to hire people who are highly motivated and intelligent and who have shown excellence in their past work. The successful candidate should have: 3+ years of experience in investment content, investment strategy or research, investor relations, communications, consulting, financial journalism, or a related role in financial services. Interest in financial markets and investing. Experience in alternatives, hedge funds or asset management is strongly preferred. Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both expert and non-expert audiences. Ability to pull together investment and portfolio insights into short, client-ready content. Advanced skills in PowerPoint (with an eye for design and storytelling) and good Excel skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with sound judgment and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record. CFA or CAIA progress is a plus.
