Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and remain current on evolving CMS requirements. Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think strategically about enrollment risk and business impact. Strong compliance mindset, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex regulatory topics clearly to senior leaders.
