Associate Dentist Opportunities on the North East Coast.
Are you a motivated and passionate Associate Dentist looking for your next opportunity? Whether you’re already based in the UK or considering relocating from overseas, PortmanDentex could help you take the next step in your dental career.
We’re looking for enthusiastic GDC registered Associate Dentists to join our established network of practices across Devon and Cornwall, with opportunities to grow your private patient base, maintain a mix of NHS and/or private dentistry, or develop your clinical skills in a supportive environment.
Considering a move to Lincolnshire or East Riding of Yorkshire? Both areas offer the perfect balance of beautiful countryside, charming market towns and easy access to the coast. From the stunning beaches and seaside villages of the East Riding to Lincolnshire's picturesque villages, historic towns and slower pace of life, there's plenty to fall in love with. With a great balance of rural living, local communities and more affordable places to call home, it's a fantastic place to put down roots while growing your dental career!
Why join PortmanDentex?
As part of a network of over 360 dental practices, predominantly focused on private dentistry, you’ll benefit from experienced clinicians, supportive practice teams and a wider community committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
As an Associate Dentist, you’ll benefit from:
- Flexible working – Explore full-time and part-time opportunities, with the ability to tailor your working days and hours around your lifestyle.
- Visa sponsorship opportunities – International candidates are welcome to enquire about eligible vacancies and available sponsorship options, subject to individual eligibility.
- Relocation support – Discuss potential assistance with your move, including available relocation packages and practical guidance, where offered.
- Full clinical freedom – meaning you can use your preferred equipment, materials, labs, and referral pathways to deliver the best level of care to your patients. We’ll champion you as a self-employed clinician, and ensure you always retain your unique identity
- Mentoring and CPD – we can connect you with clinical mentors to guide and advise you, as well as running regular CPD events with some of our best-in-class dentists and specialists
- Support from Clinical Leads – we have a team of practising clinicians who split their week between delivering outstanding care to their patients, and acting as a key link between our clinicians and the wider business.
- Career development – Whether you want to expand your clinical skillset, grow your private work or build a successful long-term career, we’ll support your ambitions.
