Patient Representative - WIC - Grant Funded - Days At NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, participants in the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program enter an inspiring world of holistic care. In this key role, you will welcome patients, answer phone inquiries, schedule and process patient visits and conduct financial interviews and payment collection. The schedule for this full time position is Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm with one Saturday a month. Preferred Criteria Associates degree WIC experience Strong computer skills Bilingual English/Spanish Required Criteria High school diploma or GED Prior customer service experience Basic knowledge of computer operations.
