Compensation Uncapped performance bonuses Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses $22.50/hour base pay Requirements Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Available Monday – Saturdays The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs A valid driver’s license and A good driving record is essential for this role.
