What you'll be doing Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive experience at every visit Supporting patients with appointment bookings, updates, and enquiries Managing incoming calls and helping patients navigate their care journey Processing billing and receipting with accuracy and professionalism Maintaining patient records and documentation in line with privacy requirements Entering and updating information across clinical and administrative systems Assisting with the smooth day to day operation of our clinics Working closely with clinicians and colleagues to support outstanding patient care Helping create an environment where patients feel respected, valued, and supported What we're looking for We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and understands the impact that kindness, empathy, and excellent service can have on a patient's experience.
