What You'll Do:
- Provide professional, high-quality grooming services for dogs in a timely manner.
- Bathe, shampoo, brush, trim, and style dogs based on client preferences and individual pet needs.
- Help pets feel calm and comfortable throughout the grooming process, including those who may be anxious or nervous.
- Communicate with clients to understand their grooming requests and provide a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming area.
- Follow hospital policies and maintain high standards of safety and patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to support pets and their owners.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous professional dog grooming experience.
- Strong grooming skills and the ability to consistently deliver quality results.
- A gentle, patient approach to handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
- Friendly, professional communication and excellent customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift dogs weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
