Keep the schedule, deliverables and milestone evidence straight on a performance-based Defense Health Agency contract.
You'll support a new Defense Health Agency program. This position is contingent upon contract award, and the start date will align with the program start.
What you'll do:
- Maintain the integrated schedule and deliverables register
- Build monthly status, performance-measure and milestone reports
- Track milestone acceptance and the evidence behind each payment
- Support risk and issue tracking and governance board packages
Must have:
- 5 or more years in project controls, scheduling or program reporting
- Hands-on with MS Project or an equivalent scheduling tool, and advanced Excel
- Experience supporting a government contract
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position
Nice to have:
- Experience on a fixed-price or milestone-paid contract
- Power BI or similar dashboard experience
- An active Secret clearance or higher
Location: Chantilly, Virginia (Washington, D.C. area) is preferred, on site at the test center. Remote from Huntsville, Alabama, or from anywhere in the continental U.S. also works, through government-approved virtual desktop access, with trips to Chantilly when the work needs them.
Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required for the investigation this role needs. Zaden's FSO verifies investigation status.
Pay range: $90,000 to $117,000 per year. Your location and experience set where you land in the range.
