Technical Coaching: Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development. Design Standard Application: Apply existing design standards effectively in their work, ensuring alignment with Valeo's guidelines and best practices. Efficiency: Digitalization Roadmap Adoption: Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap to enhance efficiency and productivity. Continuous Improvement Contribution: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization within their scope of work and suggesting improvements to existing processes.
