Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports, presentations, and other documentation. * Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects and initiatives. * Collaborate with team members on various tasks, providing administrative and operational support. * Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices. * Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. * Support senior staff in project coordination and execution. * Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team. * Support the Quality and Methods department in ongoing engineering changes by collecting and generating sufficient, accurate data to document PPAs, FDPRs, and applicable standards. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus, but not required. * Requirements: Internship duration of 6 to 12 months, active student status, and continuous coverage under a student medical insurance policy throughout the entire period.
