We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our Project Management Department in coordinating, monitoring, and executing various projects across the Data Center Segment business.
The intern will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are well-organized, progress is properly monitored, deadlines are tracked, and project documentation is maintained.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, planning, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist Project Managers with daily project activities and administrative tasks.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects.
- Follow up with relevant departments and stakeholders on project deliverables and deadlines.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor project progress and update project plans, schedules, and trackers.
- Assist in tracking milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular project status reports and progress updates.
- Support the preparation of management presentations and project updates.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and databases.
- Ensure project information is accurate, updated, and easily accessible.
- Assist in developing project templates, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
