Responsible for the management and review of evaluation projects, handling complex professional issues, and communicating effectively with clients; 2. Proficient in valuation and calculation using the market approach, income approach, and asset-based approach; 3. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a strong team spirit. 4. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, holding a Certified Asset Appraiser certificate; 5. At least 2 years of experience as an assistant in a large appraisal firm, capable of independently completing small appraisal projects; 6. Willing to travel frequently and withstand a certain level of work intensity and pressure.
