We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers across Driscoll Health System to identify staffing needs, develop creative recruitment strategies, and attract talented professionals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care. Responsibilities As a Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending employment offers. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with department leaders to understand staffing needs, hiring requirements, and recruitment priorities. Find Great Talent: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, social media, job boards, and other recruitment resources. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates, especially for hard-to-fill positions. Manage the Hiring Process: Review applications, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the recruitment and selection process. Represent Driscoll: Attend college and university career fairs, professional conferences, community events, and other recruiting opportunities to promote careers at Driscoll. Create a Positive Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process. Promote Our Opportunities: Create and maintain job postings, advertise hard-to-fill positions, and identify new ways to expand our candidate reach. Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or employment experience. Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus. PHR, SHRM-CP, or other Human Resources certification preferred. Knowledge of Human Resources employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize competing deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn applicant tracking systems. Experience using Workday Recruiting or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment sourcing platforms to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates.
