Job Description Suportar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva nas máquinas e equipamentos de fornecimento de utilidades, ajudando a identificar e sanar as causas dos problemas identificados. Monitorar e operar os equipamentos de fornecimento de utilidades como: caldeiras, compressores de ar, bombas de vácuo, torres de resfriamento, chillers, estação de tratamento, bombas hidráulicas, etc. Instalar equipamentos de baixa complexidade (bombas centrífugas, bombas de vácuo, ar condicionado, etc) fazendo as interligações necessárias cfme esquemas e projetos dos sistemas a serem implantados. Regular e ajustar sistemas de ar condicionado, montagem e desmontagem de dispositivos para climatização. Reformar ar condicionado, seguindo esquemas e padrões pré-estabelecidos. Garantir a apropriação de horas e lançamentos das atividades executadas junto ao SAP. Garantir o 5S, limpeza e organização dos postos de trabalhos. Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo. Conhecimento em básicos/intermediários em processos de usinagem: torneamento, fresamento e furação, como também execução da mesma. E também em processos de Soldagem. Consumíveis para soldagem e execução da mesma. Cumprir com a Politica da Qualidade, SSMA e Procedimentos da BD, com foco no cliente e na manutenção e melhoria do Sistema de Qualidade e cumprimento dos requisitos regulatórios. Why Join Us?
